If you’re unsure which course you need, contact us and we’ll help you choose the right class.
Our courses follow current American Heart Association guidelines, and most healthcare employers, hospitals, clinics, dental offices, and educational institutions accept AHA certification cards.
We recommend confirming specific requirements with your employer or licensing organization before registering.
Most certifications are valid for two years from the date of course completion.
We recommend scheduling your renewal course before your certification expires.
Yes. We provide:

➤ School and community organization training
We can bring the training to your location or arrange classes at our training site.
Class sizes vary depending on the course and location.
We intentionally keep many classes small to allow for:
➤ More hands-on practice
➤ Individualized instruction
➤ Better instructor-to-student interaction
For large groups, private classes can be arranged.
Please bring:
➤ A valid photo ID
➤ Any required pre-course completion certificates (if applicable)
➤ Comfortable clothing suitable for CPR practice
➤ A positive attitude and willingness to learn

No prior healthcare experience is required for Heartsaver and community CPR courses.
Yes. Upon successful completion of the course, certification cards are typically issued electronically the same day.
Processing times may vary in rare circumstances.
Students may reschedule their class at no additional charge if the request is made at least 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled class date.
Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before class, no-shows, or failure to attend are non-refundable. Students who miss their class will be required to register and pay for a new class to receive certification.
We reserve the right to make exceptions in cases of documented emergencies at our discretion.
