All registrations must be completed and paid in full before class to secure a seat.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before class; requests made less than 48 hours before class, including no-shows, are non-refundable and require registration for a new class.

Refund eligibility is determined by the timing of the cancellation and compliance with our registration policies.

Certification cards are issued upon successful completion of all required course components.

Group training sessions require advance scheduling, participant confirmation, and payment arrangements.

Students must arrive on time and attend the entire course to receive certification.

All participants are expected to maintain a respectful, professional, and safe learning environment.

Personal information collected during registration is used solely for course administration and certification purposes.

Students should wear appropriate attire and follow all safety instructions during training activities.

We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities and requests that accommodation needs be communicated prior to class whenever possible.

Participants assume responsibility for their participation in training activities, and Good Samaritan Lifesavers shall not be liable for injuries, losses, or damages except where caused by proven negligence.

By registering for a class, participants agree to all Good Samaritan Lifesavers policies, procedures, and course requirements.
